Hello!

I’m Christine. I like salsa dancing, sunshine bike rides, lingering meals with good souls and as many colors as I can fit on a plate. I eat the skin on my kiwis, am almost always barefoot and I rarely go anywhere without a jar of apple cider vinegar in my purse. I have (and almost daily use) a weighted hula hoop and rebounding trampoline because 1. epic health perks and 2. the world needs more reasons for adults for be childlike.

I’m passionate about helping people live into all they were created for, and tenaciously committed to the same journey for myself.

I love bringing dreams to life. And even more, I love the growing, discovery and becoming that happens to a heart in the process. My heart’s come alive doing art therapy in Africa. Created my dream job in Italy. Started, scaled and sold a retail goods business featured in GQ, Vogue and Magnolia Market. Most recently, I joined on the ground floor of a friend’s business we were able to grow to $75 million in 4 years and make a pretty stunning impact in marriages and families across the world. I’ve learned a lot about building and I’ve learned a lot about the magic of all the becoming that happens along the way.

I believe in curiosity, courage, conviction and deep compassion. I believe in being really awake to life. I believe in the exponential expansion of a human heart when it feels loved, seen, known, understood, championed, challenged and called higher. Experiencing that from other coaches, mentors and friends has profoundly and forever changed my life. And it’s taught me how to be able to give those things to myself, and consistently cultivate them around me.

I couldn’t be more grateful for this work of tending to our hearts and growing into our fullness, and all the one’s who’ve catapulted me forward in my journey. I hope to be that for many many others, and I’d be honored if you were one.
